Floor Plan Tool allows you to color in meeting areas on your floor plans to show meeting space for a particular event. Each section of the facility is listed in the navigation allowing the user to select the floor plan and specific rooms needed for the presentation. Room information is added using the legend.
Once complete the completed presentation can be viewed online, emailed or saved as a PDF.
To Create a Floor Plan Summary:
Choose an individual floor from the main navigation
Select color and click on rooms (click again to remove color or replace)
Click "Show Legend +" text box and add room information for each color used.
When complete click Save and merge with other floors as needed
To distribute completed plans Download as PDF, Email, or Print.
